Project Overview
The project aims to develop a comprehensive medical application tailored for users in Egypt. This application will facilitate online doctor bookings, allow users to view and upload Electronic Health Records (EHR), enable chat and call functionalities with doctors, integrate an AI medical chatbot for preliminary consultations, and provide an emergency request feature for urgent medical needs.

- Conducted interviews and surveys with potential users to gather insights on their needs and pain
points regarding existing booking systems.
- Developed user personas and mapped out user flows to understand the booking journey and identify key
touchpoint.
- Designed a modern interface with a clean color palette and intuitive icons, utilizing ample white
space to enhance readability and navigation.
- Created a design system
